[Stargate] populace

A friendly reminder that Populace is: Monday June 2nd 2014.

I will try to arrive 615-630 to get the room cleared and get dinner going

If anyone gets there before me, feel free to ask the staff to start getting
the tables arranged if they can and area cleared.

Last month we were in the big room, worked much better for us, when I check
in with manger, I'll see if that will work out for us again.

Stargate's Business and Populace meetings are held together on the first ...
 Monday of each month, unless the first Monday is a public holiday, in
which case the meetings will be held the second Monday. ......

The Combined business/Populace meeting is held from 730 to 9 pm.
 If you have any topics to present at the populace meeting, please
 email me, so I can include you on the agenda.

We have a private room reserved. Enter the restaurant and room is to the
right.

In previous months we have ended up in the larger room to the left, so if
not in the smaller, we will be in the larger room.
