In order to better organize awareness and reporting, I would ask all guild
leaders in Stargate to please csend me an email to
moas at stargate.ansteorra.org and give me the following information ASAP.

Name of Guild
SCA and Mundane name of guild leader
Short description of activities covered by the guild.
Meeting times
List of active members (those who show up regularly)

I need this information. If I do not hear from you, I will have to assume
the guild has disbanded.
