[Stargate] Indoor meetings for Stargate cancelled effective immediately

Greetings Stargate Populace:

After discussing with the baronesses, we have decided to stop all indoor
meetings due to the covid surge effective immediately. Outdoor meetings
while masked only are allowed. This means we are going back to virtual only
populace. Please note that populace will be on 9/13 at 7:15 due to the
labor day holiday and the link below. Thank you.
