[Stargate] Baronial Transition - Letters of Intent and Polling Timeline

[Seneschal of Stargate]

Their Excellencies will be stepping down at Stargate Yule, which is the
first weekend in December. Applications, which are completed by submitting
a letter of intent, will be open from now until August 31st. Letters of
Intent are to be sent to the Crown, the Heirs, Kingdom Seneschal, and the
Stargate Baronesses.

Polling will be conducted at the October Populace meeting on 10/4/21.
