at fighter practice -- 7:30 p.m. -- Tuesday evening.  Our first planning 

meeting will be later in September.  The purpose of the strategy 

meeing is to share ideas for spicing up the event with persona interaction 

appropriate to the time/place of the event -- a mid 16th c. Yule
