ST - Cover for next steppesletter

I am starting a contest for the January issue of the SteppesLetter.

Here are the parameters:

Cover must inclued the following items: heraldry for Steppes, Fritz, and
Catrin.
It can be in Black and White or Color but we have not decided if the next
issue will be a color cover or not so just in case send it in black and
white too. It has to have a period theme to it surrounding 12th night.

Are those enough parameters?

Prize: Ruffs! A neck ruff and two wrist ruffs, white with gold miniture
trim on the edges.
