To All Shirden Mere SCA'ers:

This is just a quick note to remind everyone that thanks to the
wonderful break in the weather we can return to having our Sunday
meetings at 2pm! I may have stated 3pm in my last email, but since
then I have been reminded that it was 2pm not 3pm and several folks
voiced the desire to make it at 2. Also it will be getting dark
earlier so this will give us a bit more sunshine.

This change will start this Sunday, September 19. This is our
Populace meeting so if you have business or a great fundraising idea
bring it.

Also several folks have voiced the desire to wear our period clothing
at meetings, while we haven't really been doing so please feel free to
do so. We will try to do so more often on Sundays as Thursdays are
often very busy and it is too hard to find time to get into make the
extra effort.

Looking forward to a fine Sunday afternoon.

Ldy Cara, acting Seneschal for Shirden Mere
