ST - steppes letter

Please send in your notes and letters whether your an officer, guild head,
or anything else for the August Steppes letter. I am working on it right now
and I will get it to the printer tomorrow night. I would like this issue to
go out early so that everyone has a copy before Steppes Artisan happens.
That way everyone will have the map and such in their hands about the event
a few days before it happens. :)

(It also gives me some extra time to finish these gloves!!)
