Subject: Directions to Nicole's

Greetings everyone. Nobody has ever been to my house and I have been told to give directions via e-mail, so print this out if you need to. On Saturday we are having a Midsummer's Masked Ball workday where I have been told we will be painting tapestries. Saturday night we will be having a party just for the fun of it. This party is bring your own beer. I will have Jose Cuervo, Margaritas, vodka & orange juice (screwdrivers), and maybe some daiquiris, but I don't stock beer. This party is a sleepover. I don't want anyone driving home even slightly intoxicated. The police in Roanoke have nothing better to do than pull people over for the fun of it, so let's not give them an excuse. The party will start when everyone gets here since a lot of us will already be at my house for the workday. Anyway, here's the directions:

Address: 365 Penny Lane Phone Number: (817) 491-8980
               Roanoke, TX 76262

Mapsco: Fort Worth 10B

I'm located right near where 114 and 377 connect.

Route 1: Take your best route to 114W. Follow that through Grapevine, Southlake, Westlake, & Trophy Club. Once you pass 170, you're in Roanoke. Stay in the left lane, you don't want to take the new overpass. You'll come to a stop sign with an Exxon on your left and a Northwest Bank on your right. At the first street on your right, just before Northwest Bank, take a right. At the top of the hill is another stop sign. Take another right. At the next stop sign take another right. Take a right onto the first street on your right which will be Penny Lane (there is a street sign). I'm on the right hand sign at the end of the road, just before it starts to curve. The house is kind of beige with a red front porch.

Route 2: Take 1171W to 377S. They intersect at a stop sign with a blinking red light above it. Take a left at the stop sign and head south. When the construction signs start there is a new housing development on your left and a cement truck company on your right. The speed limit will drop to 45 MPH and the road will branch out into two lanes. Stay in the left lane. You want to take a left onto the first road on your left. This will be before the traffic lights. The road is called Marshall Creek Rd, but there is no street sign. Take your first right onto Howe Rd, again not marked. The last road on your left ( you should pass 4) is Penny Lane. It is marked with a street sign, but there's a tree in front of it from that direction that makes it hard to see. My house is on the right hand side at the end of the road, right before the curve. It's kind of beige with a red front porch.

Special note: You can park on the side of the road both in front of my house and the house across the street (nobody is living there at the moment so I don't think they'll complain). You can also park on the lawn in front of my house, but not between my driveway and the neighbor on the right when facing the house.
