ST - Steppes Culinary Guild

Please let me know some more about the Culinary Guild.  I went to an
exhibit of SCA Arts and Crafts and the food part was quite interesting to
me.  There were a number of items I would be interested in learning to
make and perhaps modernizing some of the old recipes, if that is a
possibility.
