Welcome to the Steppes!!

Here is where you can find everyone fighting:

Sundays: FlagPole Hill.
Contact: Lady Francesca aabate at juno.com

At 2pm weekly fighter practice can be found making
lots of noises and bruises at FlagPole Hill. The best way to get there is
to find IH75 and Loop 12. Go East on Loop 12 and pass the HUGE Half Price
Books Store, pass the shopping center, and start looking to the north once
you get to the forest looking area. The traffic light that you want to
turn left at has Buckner BLVD on the south side of you and the park road
on the north side of you. Drive up this road and take the first left you
see. The area is a small parking lot so if it is full drive up and check
in with someone that can tell you where the overflow parking is. There are
not that many trees in this area so the folks should be easy to see. :)

Tuesday nights: At the home of our new Centurion Duncan (Congrats!!!!)

Centurion Duncan lives in the West Part of our metroplex in an area called
Carrollton. There are three ways that you can get to his home, from the
tollway, 635, or IH 35. The address to his home is 1603 Northland,
Carrollton, Texas and the phone number is 972-245-9707. From which ever
direction you come get to the intersection of Trinity Mills and McCoy.
>From 635 take Josey Lane to Trinity Mills and turn west. Once on McCoy go
south to Northland and turn left. The home is on the left. They practice
in the back yard. This weekend they are having an armouring workshop/bbq.
Duncan, can you repost your event announcement here on this list? :)

Wednesday nights:

Fighter Practice at Walnut Hill Rec Center.
Contact: Lord Duncan Hepburn wayner at languy.com

This is the Rapier practice location, it begins about 7:30. To get there
take Walnut Hill either from IH35 or IH75, it is between the two. If from
75 go west and pass the tollway until you get to Midway. If from 35 go
east until you get to Midway. The center is at the corner of Walnut hill
and Midway. There is a large parking lot but it too fills up if there are
other activities occurring.

Other fighter practices spring up at a moments notice so make sure to give
our your contact info to those folks that have them and grab theirs so
that you can have up to the minute moments! :)

Hope that helps!

Sincerely,
F. Havas
