And for the last note:)  I truly treasure the honor of centurian, but my
highest rank is stil Thegn (baron)...so its still just duncan or dunk unless
you are feeling formal and then it is thegn or baron duncan.

I was taught, as a young Herald to use the title that is appropriate for the
occasion.  Were I heralding you onto the field I would most likely call
"Centurion", but into court you would be Thegn.
