ST - Gulf War art meles

Just in case you all forgot, it is not the number entries but the number
of people that enter and are present at the art meles that will win the
point for our kingdom.

GRAND MELEE A&S COMPETITION:

The Grand Melee will be run Saturday morning of War Week. (See schedule
for time and location.)

The melee will be open to anyone attending the war. The entrant must be
present. A medallion number will be required on each entry form.

Each entrant must declare for a warring Kingdom: Ansteorra or Trimaris.

A single person may enter as many items as he wishes, but the winner of
the melee will be the Kingdom with the most entrants, not entries.

Documentation is required on all entries.

The populace will be asked to choose a popular favorite by the bead in a
cup method.
