ST - Steppes Warlord

I have never seen the sense of reservations for Warlord. We are not reserving 
camping areas, there is no feast, there is no real reason to call for 
reservations. 
$10.00 per person is certainly a resonable charge for the event, being three 
days and having so many activities occur, but there is no need to try and 
assure a bigger profit by asking people to reserve at a different fee.
