I did forget one small thing. A fair number those red bungee cords that hold 
the fabric roof to the frames could use replacement. Many of them were 
stretched out before the last Warlord and we have needed some replacments 
for longer than that. Your average awning shop that makes these things will 
have lots. Not sure of the cost nor how many are actually needed.
