ST - RE: River Legacy Park in Arlington

Greetings,

We in Elfsea have used an Arlington park for a day event before.  The
problem is the event we hold yearly calls for an archery tourney and archery
no matter what kind (i.e. target or combat) is not allowed at any Arlington
park.  Other than that I agree that river Legacy Park is a fabulous place.
Many of our other activities could happen there.
