[Steppes] fighter practice

Centurian Airaklee was going to be at Steppes Fighter Practice this Sunday
to pick up donations for the family in the Wastelands. Does anyone know if
he will be at White Rock or Carrollton?

Actually, if he could contact me directly, I have some questions (clothing
sizes and such)....
