ST - No Archery or Siege Practice today, 1/28

Greetings all,

Due to the rain combat archery and siege weapon practice are both
cancelled today.  Although I have yet to hear from Lord Owen but I think
it is a safe bet that static archery practice at Eastfield is cancelled
also.

To those combat archers and would be siege operators who refuse to allow
the rain to dampen the war effort, many of us will be working in Guy's
garage today.  Offering aid in making combat missiles, armor, and other
archery related items.  Also training "want to be" siege operators how to
setup and work the ballista to get them ready for authorizations at
