[Steppes] Hiatus for Clothier's

Clothier's will be July 10 and August 14.

The August 14 date will be the last one this year
unless someone volunteers to host Clothier's while I
am away. I will be on a much awaited, and needed
Sabbatical from my mundane job. During this time I
will be travelling out of the area for much of it.
