[Steppes] brilliant newcomer question

 Might one of the good gentles of the Barony be able to tell me if  Sunday Archery practice is in garb or not? Also, what time do people -actually- show up.  I wont be able to stay long as I have to sneak out of the office to come anyway, so I would hate to get there a. an hour before everyone else or b.  15 minutes after everyone leaves. ANy information, or even the name of someone who would know and wont mind a phone call at o dark 30 on SUnday norning would be most wonderful.
