[Steppes] Helms

Change for this week only as a show of support for the opening of the new
archery range.  Which might I point out is the archery practice range for
Lindenwood & Glaslyn with Steppes/Elfsea archery marshals supporting.  It
is not a Steppes' archery practice range but is convenient to some
archers in both Steppes and Elfsea.  The "Archer in Charge" will
alternate between Glaslyn's & Lindenwood's archery marshals.

The Steppes' official practice range is still Eastfield college's archery
range.
