[Steppes] Garb Workshop, Sat., Aug. 4

Didn't even think about it when we were discussing the Fabric Quest and Garb
workshop at Populace last night.  A lot of people are going on the trek to
breakfast and the warehouses tomorrow!  Oh well.  Good to know, though.
