I've decided to rollback the opening to 9:00 a.m.  The judges will need
several hours to get to everyone's display.

 Sorry, I told John the wrong times for gate.
Site opens at 10:00AM so we need 2 people from 9:00 AM
to 10:00AM and 4 people from 10:00 AM to noon.
Probably 2 people from noon to gate closing also.
