[Steppes] Fighter practice question

Thanks Mordock and Morgan for setting the record straight on why the
fighting practice was moved from Josey Ranch Sports Complex to the Mary
Head park. Which reinforced and confirmed my earlier e-mail at the
beginning of the week.
