Ya know Dux that just might work. Granted AoB is no Steppes Warlord or 12th Night but it did occur to me that a lot could be taken care of with checklists and a schedule of deadlines and such. A list of standard suppliers for portalets and things like that and a lot of the work is simplified.
You would definitly need to have someone to make sure that things got done and to make sure your autocrats used the book as a guide for stuff but didn't restrict themselves to it. You want to keep it a guide and not a 'Formula'.
