[Steppes] State of the Barony

HL Modius von Mergantheim (sp, sorry, Modius) is the Kindom Media Liason.  I
would be most comfortable informing him of any plans to do that sort of thing.
He has standard media packets, etc.  PR like this will of course need clearance
from the local Seneschal and Ourselves, but it may be worth a look.
