[Steppes] War Lord: Needing a head count for the new comers camp

For those that may not be aware, there is going to be an area set aside for
he new people to camp together, if they wish to.  I am to set this area up
and need to know the space requirements.  This will be a camping area, and
also be where most of the events benefiting the new members will take place.

This info was intended to make it into the Steppes letter, but things
happen.
