[Steppes] Voodoo ducks at Warlord?

These Ducks are a precaution, intended to avert the fun Thor had at last
year's Warlord.  They  are at best an apeasement and at least an amusement,
possibly even a distraction....

Bad weather this year at Warlord would surely be the end result of harm or
abuse of said ducks.

Is this a specific enough response to your question?
