[Steppes] Steppes FP on Sunday

Sir Miguel asked me to post a notice that there will be no Steppes Fighter
Practice on Sunday of this week.  There is an Iron Star Brigade practice at
ElfSea's event, and it's so close that most fighters will be there.  Hope to
see everyone at the event!
