ST - Re: War Banner...

I won't be able to finish the War Banner that I offered to do for 
Steppes.  With two major wars to go to this year and a lack of funds and 
time, I am overloaded with prior sewing commitments that I have to 
finish first.  I wanted to be upfront with everyone, if anyone feels as 
though they can do this project for Steppes feel free to take the idea 
and run with it.

Sorry everyone, with Estrella War and Gulf War coming up. I just got 
overwhelmed..
