ST - Populace meeting

Hi,

I'm sorry that I couldn't make populace meeting tonight to discuss Warlord, 
but I have bronchitis, an upper respiratory and ear infection.  While I 
believe in sharing with my friends, this is something I'll keep to myself.

While laying in bed this afternoon, I remembered why we need 3 golf carts.  
One for security/heralds, event stewards and chiurgeons.  When I was 
speaking to Baron Fritz this morning I couldn't remember why three.
