ST - Feedback on moving fighter practice?

With respect, in all my years in the SCA I have never
heard of any police department anywhere causing trouble
for a local SCA fighter practice in a public park. If
the Carrollton PD has questions, not only do they have
us to ask, but also the Dallas and Arlington Police
Departments (and Fort Worth, too, as both Elfsea and
Lindenwood have used a FWPD facility for events).
