[Steppes] Update on Lothair

I just got through speaking with Roana.  Lothair came through the surgery
quite well.  The surgery took longer than expected; however, the break
did not require as many pins as the doctor thought it would.  He made it
back to his room a little before 4:00 PM and is mostly sleeping.  He may
be released tomorrow dependent on how he does tonight and in the morning.

Roana said she would let us know if she needed anything.
