[Steppes] State of the Barony

What if we were to hold a mini-event/demo during one of the regular fighter
practices at the park in Carrollton?  We could have banners, pavilions, an
A&S table, and a sign-up table.  I would be willing to make up announcements
and, with a few volunteers, put them on the doors in the neighborhood that
morning before practice.  Also, this would be a good opportunity for the
Dallas Morning News reporter mentioned in the earlier email.
