[Steppes] State of the Barony

I hope to hear from Their Excellencies on this.  We could do this with a lot
of pomp and color as mentioned at the meeting.

Another thought:  If any of the Calligraphy group would like to get in on
this, we could even have fighters fight for some of the newcomers.  We could
have small pieces of fabric in different colors for favors and small
pre-made scrolls set up to be filled in with their name announcing that
their fighter had won.  I've seen this done at other demos.  Just a thought.
