[Steppes] Pennsic numbers

Greetings Dux,

I regret to say that none of our archers from House Arkham shall be able
to attend this years Pennsic.  Maybe next year!

Good luck to the forces of the Iron Star, Fray, and all who shall be
representing Ansteorra at Pennsic this year.  Knock um' dead guys!
