[Steppes] Populace meeting

Greetings Laird Sean,

Let me introduce myself:  I am Gabrielle, Hospitaler to the Barony of the
Steppes.  As this office handles those who are new to our Barony as well as
those new to the SCA, please feel free to contact me with any questions that
you may have.  I will be happy to help you with orientation into our Barony.
