[Steppes] An Honor for Steppes

I was out there today for a DARS (Dallas Area Rocket Society) sport rocket
launch, and the site is beautiful.  Unfortunately, I was there with other
people and didn't have an opportunity to check the place out like I would
have liked to - but it certainly looks like it would work...
