This is where I found the recipe for Lihammurakipperas. It was originally
courtesy of Herskerinde Gunnora to the owner of this site:

http://web.missouri.edu/~hayj/recipes.html#Lihammurakipperas

You will note that the amounts of mushrooms and butter are not stated. We
had to do some experimentation with the amount of butter in the pastry. It
is a very... fussy... pastry and caused Baroness Catrin and myself no end
of trouble until we finally perfected it. You may wish to substitute for a
buttery pastry of some other recipe.

When you roll the meatloaf, be sure to press the seam together, and put
this seam as the bottom of the loaf on your pan. It will not come apart
that way. For easier clean-up, I'd lay it on parchment paper, and use a
cooking tray with shallow sides... some grease and fat .will. leak out.

Enjoy!
