[Steppes] Web site for Book of Laurels

Please help.  I have wasted over an hour of fruitless research trying to use
search engines to find the web site for the book with pictures and info on
the Laurels of Ansteorra that I saw at Steppes Warlord.

Can someone please provide the web address?  I'll be double sure to add it to
my list of favorites this time.
