Deathday Party !

"It was an incredible site. The dungeon was full of hundreds of pearly-white, translucent people, mostly drifting around a crowded dance floor, waltzing to the dreadful, quavering sound of thirty musical saws, played by an orchestra on a black-draped platform... They passed a group of gloomy nuns, a ragged man wearing chains, and the Fat Friar, a cheerful Hufflepuff ghost, who was talking to a knight with an arrow sticking out of his head."

Welcome to all from current and centuries past. Please come in your various states of demise (unless, of course, you happen to be Harry, Ron or Hermione – a really good costuming effort required here!) to the Halloween party.

The feast will be provided by all who enter. You may bring a dish on a Halloween theme or something that the house elves may have cooked up at Hogwarts (however, no rotten fish or maggoty haggis will pass through this threshhold!). Ales, wines and other libations are welcome. A punch will be provided.

The Hogwarts dungeon is currently under repairs, so all will be magically portkeyed to the following manor:

Party is scheduled for this Saturday, October 26, and starts at 7pm (or 19h for those from Beauxbatons). The manor is located between the Bush Turnpike (190) and Frankford Rd. just east of Josey Lane in Carrollton. Take Southern Oaks off of Josey to Arcadia and come up to Cedarwood - the manor is on the corner. An RSVP would be appreciated
