[Steppes] Steppes Archery Practice

Just to confirm, it's currently raining on the Eastfield archery range
with more menacing clouds approaching from the south.  Therefore our good
archery marshal has seen fit to cancel todays archery practice (9/8/02),
and does invite you to attend next Sunday's practice.
