[Steppes] Tonight's weather

The weather channel is forecasting snow flurries near midnight.  Further
north you go away from Dallas, the more chance there is for snow.  Shouldn't
be a problem, though.  It's around 49 degrees right now, but it will be
dropping into the lower 30's after the sun goes down (and even below 30 in
the outlying areas), so bring a coat everyone!
