[Steppes] Sunday Practice

Greetings Steppes fighters,

This weekend we have an opportunity to join our brethren at Borders Wars and
hone our fighting skills.  In an effort to support the event and the united
training of our Gulf Wars troops, we are not having practice in Carrolton on
Sunday.  Instead, I encourage all of you to come to Border Wars and stay for
the three man melee tournament and the war practice on Sunday.
