[Steppes] Reminder: Populace Meeting

Due to an out of town business conference I will be unable to attend populace
meeting on Thursday as I will be out of the state. If anyone has any business
that the Seneschal's office needs to attend to please try and forward it to
me before Wednesday evening as I will be leaving at that time and gone until
next week. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
