[Steppes] Re: Bedford Practice and loaner gear

Well, I don't believe anyone is actively bringing loaner gear to this
practice on a regular basis.  I would venture a guess that loaner gear could
be worked out, however.  There is almost always loaner armour at the Steppes
Baronial practice on Sundays in Carrollton, as an FYI.
