[Steppes] Need armour for Gulf Wars

Good gentles,

M'lord Brendan and I need some loaner armour for Gulf Wars.  We were
certified for seige engines at Border Wars, but alas do not have armour to
fight at Gulf Wars.  I know this is short notice and possibly we could make
some of what we need before Gulf--but helms seem to be the biggest need at
this time.
