[Steppes] Hazard of propane

Arabella (Forgive my impudence, but... title please?),

You're right about the deaths not being open flames, but I was at 25th year
when that tent caught fire, at night, over in merchants row.  Unattended
candle, I think.  Could have taken sleeping victims in nearby tents.
