[Steppes] Fabric District help needed

As one who is off during the week, I can confirm Lady Elspeth's information.
I have gone with newcomers during the week and never found a locked door.
We found out that the warehouses were open much later these days. Also,
most of the stores are open much later than noon on Saturdays - some until 4
or 5.

I remember many years ago when they were indeed only open to the public on
Saturdays until noon or one o'clock and not at all during the week.
Apparently they have changed quite a bit since those days. Please make note
of this new information on their hours.

Also, please note that just a couple of blocks north of the fabric district
on Harry Hines is the famous store, SAM GOODY!! It was even featured on the
news before Christmas!! Your trip is not complete without a stop there for
accessories!! I have found celtic torcs there for less than 5 dollars and
nice heavy celtic pins and chains for $1 apiece! Get there early!! Parking
is murder!! Even during the week! They don't have any slow hours!
