[Steppes] Looking for a Hilt

At many Steppes practices, Lord Connor brings plastic sword baskets that are
made by his knight.  He's normally at Sunday practices, and usually brings
baskets with him.  I know he sold 2 this last Sunday.  :)  You may want to
stop by.

I'm a newcomer in the Steppes and am just beginning to work on my first
rattan sword. I need at least one hilt, although I have the rattan for three
swords. The Knight Marshal suggests that I ask someone going to Gulf Wars to
